Collin Harris, Realtor

Collin is a licensed Sales Associate with deep roots in the Washington, DC area. He gained sales and investment experience while working at major banks and investment companies. Collin currently owns a government contracting firm.

A strong real estate generalist, Collin provides sound advice to homebuyers, sellers and investors in the multi-family property sectors. Together with the principals and staff of the KL Team, Collin guides clients through the marketing, financing and negotiations of their real estate transactions.

Collin earned his MBA in Finance from New York University and a BA in Political Economy from Williams College. He and his wife Lia and their two adopted Ethiopian children reside in Crestwood.

A longtime Washingtonian, Collin graduated from Chevy Chase-Bethesda High School and for several years resided in the H Street Corridor. As a DC Public School parent, he volunteers at Hearst Elementary School in the Tenleytown neighborhood.  While Collin considers himself an urbanite at heart, he also enjoys the outdoors, particularly hiking, cycling, fishing and skiing. A fun fact about Collin: He speaks fluent German!
