Meet Joe

Joe is the Project Manager for KL Development, our construction management affiliate. He efficiently manages the renovations for our development team and clients. Prior to joining KL, Joe worked for many years as an IT Project Manager for Verizon. We value his strong work ethic, responsiveness, and ease in working with clients and work crews.

A native Washingtonian, Joe grew up in Capitol Hill and currently lives with his wife and two young adult daughters in the Woodridge neighborhood. He is an avid swimmer and enjoys spending time with his family.
